New Inspiration
When I came back to my blog - I was surprised it was 3 years since I posted. Wow,I am not a good and faithful blogger., I guess I just throw a few pics on Facebook with a comment and I' done.
Anyway, I find myself overweight and running fewer, slower miles. I need inspiration.
Enter Meb Keflezighi - my company hosted him for World Health Day. I ran with him in the morning and heard him speak in the afternoon. I am inspired.
Long story short, Meb runs 150 miles per week and must watch his weight! I know -hard to believe.
So if I run 9 miles per week, I should be able to eat Cape Cod chips, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, and all the craft beer I want, right?
So here is the challenge - 30 days 30lbs 100 miles.
