Making some traction:

I had to resist a few "let's get a beer" invites.  I had a long run (top loop of Noble Canyon) and had to resist beer and other food after.  I don't like being anti-social.  And I do enjoy drinking.  But for now I am holding off.

I can stick to the diet pretty well if I see some progress which I did.  For 3 weeks 7/22/18 (238.9)  8/12/2018 (225.6) 13.3lbs.  On 8/13/2018 (225.2)  Loss = 13.7 lbs.
