8 weeks - I broke 210!  I have kind of plateaued but then did a few hard work outs this weekend.  I know if I weigh myself after a run I am down a few pounds due to dehydration.  But I always weigh myself dehydrated so the progress is "relative" and "real" even if the weight is not.

In the middle of the week felt like I was gaining weight, but my diet had not really changed.  The only thing different was some breath mints.  They were sugar free - about 1 carb, but I think it was throwing me off somehow.  No more mints.
