Happy New Year! I did not make 195. Although I hit 195 a couple of times, I am not "at" or below it. It might be a few more months. I am focusing on the diet and exercise. Over Christmas vacation I ate and drank a lot more than usually (on my diet) but a fraction of what I would normally consume over the holiday. So pleased that I did not balloon up. I feel like I had a little break in the diet, not a breakdown. I am pretty much picking up where I left off on Dec 21st. I was about 197 when I left, came back at 203, now 198.
