Day 5 on the 30/30/100

Day 5 - feeling pretty good.  I haven't indulged yet in any of my worst foods.  I notice that cutting back on SUGAR allows me to concentrate more and relax easily.  Cravings go away in a day or two.  I still want to eat ice cream and drink beer - but Im not dying.

Today I am going to cross train a little bit.
