5 weeks and a day



I have really been working hard at work because this is the busy time.  Running has dropped off a little. But the diet is going ok.  Since ditching sugar and grains, my appetite is much easier to control.  I don't need a lot of willpower.  I have lost 19.5lbs (lots of water probably) but I am feeling ok.  My energy is low, but not too bad.
