weight loss is slow....



I have been off the junk food for two weeks - minor accomplishment.  I have lost about 8-10 lbs.  I would like to have a little more energy, but I have really tried to stay away from sugar, ice cream, chips, and beer.  I think I am ok, eating burgers, bacon, avocado, vegetables, eggs. 

One thing I miss is my coffer creamer. I have read how to make my own, but I am worried about bringing something sweet into my diet even if allowed because I am so weak when it comes to sweet things.  My appetite is pretty well controlled.  I'm not sure bringing in a sweetener like Stevia, would upset my satiety.

My running has been slow lately, but it is very hot (for here), so being careful while trying to acclimate.
